Optimistic data were released by representatives of the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Altai Territory as part of a report on the state of animal husbandry in the region.

So, it became known that in the period from the first days of this year to today, the pace of production in the meat industry of the region has increased significantly. According to experts, the livestock breeders of the Altai Territory managed to increase the volume to fifty-five thousand tons of live weight of livestock and poultry.

We are talking about cattle farms of various categories that operate in the territory of the specified region.

For clarity, these indicators can be compared with the statistics of last year: in the first quarter of 2018, a worker in the Altai livestock industry managed to gain 7% less livestock and poultry in live weight than today.

The increased growth rates are due to the fact that in the Altai Territory the opportunities and technical power of agricultural enterprises are actively expanding. This gives the authority to assume that next year the volume of production of meat and livestock industries in the Altai open spaces can be significantly increased - the projected increase in production rates is 10%.
