Ahead of the plan according to which milk supplies from Russia will be delivered to China in the summer of 2019, Russian milk workers, as well as their butcher colleagues, have already sent their products to the counters of the PRC.
It will not be amiss to recall that the Russian Federation signed protocols of veterinary and sanitary measures with representatives of the People’s Republic of China in November 2018 in case of mutual deliveries of such goods as chilled and frozen poultry, milk and dairy products.
And today, poultry farmers and producers of the dairy industry of the Russian Federation in large quantities ship meat and milk for the Chinese market from Russian cows, goats and sheep. It is also reported that China approved for its market such supplies from Russia as: condensed milk, yogurts, cream, kefir, buttermilk, butter, casein, cottage cheese and various types of cheeses.Analysts of the Celestial market report that the Chinese consumer highly values Russian products and shows increased interest in them. Chinese buyers especially like Russian meat, which Chinese housewives actively include in their family’s diets.
Therefore, very soon, Russian beef may also appear in retail outlets of the PRC: the issue of supplying the first consignments is being decided today.
