The system of control and registration of domestic animals is actively being created in Russia and finds a wide response in all regions of the country. In particular, Bashkir animals are 90% covered.The chief veterinarian of Bashkartostan, Ilgiz Nasibullin, assures that today in the regional database there is information about 12 thousand sheep and six hundred horses. The register also contains information on almost twenty thousand heads of local cattle and about 170 pigs.

“All the accompanying documents we issue only to those owners of animals who managed to register their pets and horned breadwinners in a single database,” says Nasibullin. “If outbreaks of viral diseases of a particular pathogen occur in the area, owners of registered animals will be able to count on compensation for damage!”

The process of registration of animals does not represent any difficulty, experts of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation assure. It is enough to contact the veterinary service at the place of residence, leave a request. And then buy a chip and an appropriate tag, call a representative of veterinary services to your home or farm and identify your animals - cows, pigs, horses, as well as cats, dogs and many other representatives of the domestic fauna.

“When the data on your animals is entered into the database, you can install a program on your tablet or phone that will allow you to read information from the chip, control information about your animal, etc.” - note the developers. In addition, data on the owner of the animals, their location and previous diseases will be entered into the chip.
