In 2018, Rospotrebnadzor employees seized six centners of expired dairy products that did not meet the quality standards from the shelves of the Stavropol trading floors.

“We took samples from six hundred outlets and in the course of analysis found that eight percent of the Stavropol stalls with dairy products have“ milk ”of poor quality, or products with an excess shelf life,” the department noted. “Dairy products were also discovered without the necessary supporting documents, the absence of which also made us doubt the quality of the goods!”

To date, since the beginning of 2019, about a hundred protocols have been drawn up on the fact of violation of norms and standards of product quality. Those guilty are fined a total of almost two and a half million rubles.
