Siberian farmers have a unique opportunity to raise their qualification level. This chance was given to Tomsk farmers by the institute of retraining of personnel and agribusiness.

“We have initiated a series of informative seminars for the farmers in our region, which talk about the intricacies of organizing and managing organic agriculture,” the project organizers say. “In addition, we train our students in the intricacies of managing the economies of these farms.”

24 enthusiasts responded to the call of the organizers of the program. Each of them is a representative of various agricultural and municipal structures, as well as workers in farms and personal subsidiary plots.

The first students of the course have already managed to get diplomas and have already begun to master the acquired knowledge in practice.

“Professional retraining of farmers in the region will allow them to expand their professional horizon,” the project organizers at the institute are convinced. - We enlisted the support of activists of the socio-economic development of agriculture in the Tomsk region. They helped us and our listeners not only with visual material, but also shared invaluable experience and an incredible amount of knowledge. ”

The organizers note that the students of the course had a chance to be students of the course, not only in classrooms, but also remotely, through Internet technologies.
