Businesses will be able to complain about online raiding: members of the government have already adopted a technical raiding order designed to “bridge technical gaps,” Prime Minister Alexei Goncharuk said in a statement after the meeting.
According to Alexey Goncharuk, from next week there will be a separate communication on the issue of raiding. Today, a technical resolution has been adopted that eliminates certain flaws.
At present, a commission is still functioning in the Ministry of Justice to consider complaints from citizens affected by raiding, the prime minister said. In his opinion, the commission was too bureaucratic.
To apply there with a statement, a person had to literally go through 7 circles of hell. The decision adopted by the government simplifies the work of the commission and makes communication with it easier.
All services will be available online. This is done so that anyone can use a laptop to communicate with government agencies without barriers, the Prime Minister said.
The complaint itself can be filed not only in writing, as before, but also in electronic document format. You will need to add scans of supporting documents to it and sign the entire package with a qualified electronic signature.
At the same time, in the case of a successful vote in the Cabinet, it will be possible to invite not only officials of the Ministry of Justice, but also public figures, employees of other state bodies and third parties.
