This year, soybean harvest in the Tambov region was a record - never before farmers in this region have collected more than 185 thousand tons of this bean crop.

“This year’s figures are more than one and a half times higher than those of previous years,” say Tambov farmers.

It should be noted that in the Tambov region they carefully monitor the annual enthusiasm of the territories for soybean crops. There was a time when local farmers worked on soybean fields with an area of ​​about 50 thousand hectares. Today, a few years later, the area occupied by soybeans is more than 112 thousand hectares.

“We are extremely pleased that our region is recognized as one of the leaders in soybean cultivation in all of Russia,” Tambov agrarians proudly emphasize. - Representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia spoke about this more than once in their reports, and analysts from the Central Federal District reported that we have firmly established ourselves so far in the sixth line in the All-Russian rating of soybean producers. I want to believe that next year we will rise a couple of lines above! ”

It should be noted that soy is an important component of different types of feed for cattle and other representatives of agricultural fauna, and is also actively processed into flour, culinary enzyme and oil. Experts call soybeans a promising product for raising the level of economy in the Russian Federation.
