In the period from June 27 to July 4 of the current year, special raids on outlets specializing in the sale of food of farm origin were carried out in the Oryol region.
The main characters in the audit series were employees of the regional department of the Rosselkhoznadzor. The focus was on local butter and cheese.
It is known that a total of about thirty samples of various types of provisions were taken. In laboratory conditions, all samples were subjected to thorough analysis. And the results were disappointing.
In particular, it became known that three samples of butter are affected by bacteria that belong to the group of Escherichia coli. The same “surprise” was found in one of the cheese samples. In another butter sample, in addition to intestinal parasites, salmonellosis and signs of increased bacterial contamination were detected.
Based on their research, representatives of the Rosselkhoznadzor of the Oryol region shared the results of the analyzes with colleagues from the Kursk region, which also sells potentially dangerous products.
In the near future, measures will be taken regarding producers of contaminated food and its distributors.
