In the period from April 1 to April 15, 2019, in the Omsk Region, employees of the Rosselkhoznadzor conducted research on samples taken from meat products sold at regional points of sale.
Samples taken from the shelves of Omsk stores were sent to the laboratory of the regional reference control center of the Rosselkhoznadzor. And the results obtained by the researchers were not comforting: some parts of the model material were affected by pathogenic microflora.
In total, about 140 samples were taken and more than 470 different analyzes were performed. As a result, at least 4 samples were infected with such dangerous bacteria as Listeria.According to the information of the Omsk Here news agency, in addition to listeria, since the beginning of this year, scientists have found clostridia, Escherichia coli and salmonella in meat from regional counters.
Note that the clostridiosis virus most often affected sausages seized in local retail chains. Samples taken from pork meat showed the presence in the meat of E. coli and bacteria of similar groups. The presence of listeriosis virus was recorded on poultry meat. And in some samples of poultry meat and products from it, the pathogen of salmonellosis was discovered. All infected and potentially hazardous products have been removed from sale and destroyed.
