Consumers of the Republic of Udmurtia get acquainted with a novelty in the dairy market. We are talking about dairy, which today are massively introduced in the region.

The Kolos livestock specialists report that a specially designed tank with a volume of about one hundred liters is hidden inside the milk machine. Thanks to the work of special equipment, milk in this tank is in a constantly cooled state at a certain and constant temperature.

Every 30 minutes, the milk in the tank is mixed using a special mechanism. Its shelf life at low temperatures is three days from the date of manufacture.

It is known that milk machines operate approximately on the same principle as coffee machines familiar to the Russian consumer in pedestrian crossings, on streets and markets. However, if coffee machines are able to accept money as payment for a glass of coffee, then you will have to pay the cashier for the services of the milk machine.

Note that for health reasons, the milk processor does not spill milk into the container that the buyer brings with him. Instead, the milk is poured into a sterile container, which is equipped with milk machines. This measure allows you to exclude contact of potentially contaminated or non-sterile dishes with parts of the machine.
