One of the owners of the farm “GIPERION”, the farm “GRANAT”, and the farm “ALEX”, found out that he had lost 3 enterprises at once. This was reported in the press service of the All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council (EAC).

“We emphasize that the signature on such a document is notarized, therefore it is not difficult to fake it.

At the same time, the current legislation does not provide for a mechanism for selling a share in the authorized capital of a farm. You can buy it only as an integral property complex. However, the direct prohibition of legislation did not stop the attackers from "raider" capture in such a daring way.

Even the fact that one of the alleged sellers of the farm died a few years ago was not taken into account, so he couldn’t physically sell the farm and sign the relevant documents, ”commented Viktoria Kipriyanova, land lawyer for the EAC.

In addition to changing the owners and management of farms, the attackers tried to change their location to Melitopol, Mariupol and Lysychansk in order to further re-transfer the economy to interested parties. A similar scheme with a fictitious execution of the contract of sale has already become "classic."

The victims found out about the attempt of “raider” seizure only later, since changes in the location of the farms passed through the tax base.
