2019 has every chance of becoming significant in the history of Russian mushroom production. And all because domestic farmers are determined to increase the production of mushrooms at least twice.
It is known that last 2018 agricultural workers involved in the cultivation and production of mushrooms managed to harvest 26 thousand tons. This indicator, on the one hand, pleases mushroom pickers who managed to break the collection record for the past few years. But, on the other hand, a more ambitious plan is planned for 2019 - mushroom pickers expect to collect at least 56 thousand tons of products.
Agriculture analysts and mushroom growing industry experts are sure that it is really possible to increase productivity and productivity in the shortest possible time. And the main help in this situation they see in the full or partial automation of the processes of growing and collecting mushrooms. In other words, if you reduce human intervention in the process of collecting and packaging mushrooms and maximize the use of “smart” machines, you can achieve excellent results. According to experts, during manual collection of mushrooms and subsequent manual packaging in each box with mushrooms, weight loss reaches 45 grams.
In the event that all these procedures are automated, weight loss will be reduced to at least 25 grams. As for the qualitative changes in the issues of the capacity of the production line, the automation of the assembly and packaging processes, experts say, will make it possible to receive one and a half tons of products hourly.
