Decorating tiramisu with a leaf of fresh mint has long been a classic
Gradually pouring icing sugar into the mixer bowl, whip the cold cream and vanilla sugar. You should get steady peaks. When the base for the cream has the desired consistency, gently mix the whipped cream with mascarpone cheese using a silicone spatula.
In freshly brewed coffee, we need to add aromatic liquor and sugar and mix well. Wait for the sugar to dissolve and the coffee to cool to room temperature.
If desired, you can use a pastry bag to pour whipped cream balls onto a tiramisu surface
Quickly dip the Savoyardi cookies in the coffee solution and place the first layer of them in the serving form (transparent dish with sides, glasses, etc.). On top of the cookies, lay the cream evenly. Alternate layers of cookies and cream until you reach the desired dessert height.
You can serve tiramisu both on plates and in glasses
Sprinkle cocoa powder on top of the tiramisu and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Serve on a shared platter or in portions, cutting the dessert into square pieces.
