A lot of hot snacks and main dishes can be prepared from pork, but one of the most common dishes is meat with mushrooms. It can be prepared in various ways, adding other vegetables and spices to taste, and the cooking process itself does not require much time. - it is best to choose pork without veins, and if they are, then cut them out of the pulp with a knife;
- Before use, the meat must be cleaned of the films so that it turns out to be tender and quickly fried;
- for cooking pork with mushrooms, it is recommended to take medium-fat meat so that the finished dish is not too high in calories;
- after washing under water, the surface of the product needs to be slightly dried with a napkin - then during frying on the meat a delicious brownish crust will appear;
- it is best to cut pork across the fibers so that the finished meal is soft.
Pork recipes with mushrooms
It is possible to prepare tasty dishes with meat and mushrooms in different ways. At the same time, pork can be fried in a pan, stewed or baked with the addition of mushrooms, vegetables, spices and herbs.
For cooking, both fresh champignons and canned ones are used. Most dishes are suitable not only for the daily diet, but also for the festive table.
Braised pork with mushrooms and potatoes

- Go through the mushrooms, peel the potatoes and chives. Rinse greens and meat with water.
- Cut the mushrooms and pork into medium-sized slices. Chop the potatoes in large slices or diced.
- Transfer meat to a bowl. Season it with basil, rosemary, caraway seeds, pepper, adding a little oil. Leave the product to marinate in a spice mixture for about a quarter of an hour.
- Put the mushrooms in a preheated pan with oil, salt. Simmer them over moderate heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring with a spoon.
- Combine the meat marinated in spices with champignons. Stir, simmer the mixture over low heat for about half an hour. If there is not enough liquid in the pan, you can add a little clean water.
- Add chopped potatoes to the pan. Salt the dish, mix. Cook for another 20 minutes.
- Chop greens, finely chop the garlic cloves. Add them to the pan with the rest of the ingredients, mix. Remove the stew from the fire, let it stand under the lid for several minutes.
Important! Ready-made pork with mushrooms is a fairly nutritious dish, so it is recommended to choose a less high-calorie side dish (for example, mashed potatoes or rice).
Fried pork with mushrooms

- Rinse and peel the mushrooms. Peel the onion.
- Rinse the pork with water, cut it into slices of medium size.
- Chop whole mushrooms with thin slices. Chop the onion finely.
- Brown each piece of meat in a pan with hot oil.
- Transfer the pork into a separate bowl, and put the container in which it was fried again on fire. Pour onion there, fry it until golden brown.
- Fry the mushrooms in a separate pan (they should be browned).
- Combine meat and onion frying with mushrooms. Pour water into a pan with all ingredients, add salt and pepper, mix well.
- Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. When the meat is ready - remove the dish from the stove, let the fried pork stand for a while.
Mushroom Pork Tenderloin

- Rinse tenderloins, herbs and champignons well. Peel each mushroom from the films, and garlic from the husk.
- Divide the meat into portion slices, mixing them with salt and pepper. Fry the tenderloin in hot olive oil until cooked.
- Cut the mushrooms into small plates, chop the garlic finely.
- Fry the mushrooms in a separate pan, adding butter, salt, a little pepper and chopped garlic to them.
- Make the sauce. To do this, mix wine, honey and sugar in a small saucepan. Put the container on the stove, bring the mixture to a boil, and then slightly reduce the heat. Boil the sauce until it thickens to a glaze state.
- Remove the saucepan with sauce from the stove, putting thyme and rosemary in it. Infuse the mass under the lid for about 10 minutes, and then reheat it on the stove until the syrup consistency with the addition of 50 g of butter.
- When serving, put meat and mushrooms on a plate. Pour them with cooked red wine sauce.
Important! To make the pork juicy, before frying, each piece is dipped in a beaten egg, and then baked in flour or breadcrumbs.
Pork with canned mushrooms

- Pour tomato over with boiling water, carefully peel it off. Slice a whole tomato into thin slices.
- Prepare a container for baking, well grease its bottom and sides with oil.
- Put the meat, and then sequentially make layers of onions, mushrooms and tomatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake the dish in the oven at a temperature of + 200 ° C for 40 minutes.
Important! To make pork fibers softer, you can soak the meat in lemon juice for a couple of hours before cooking.
Hot pork dish with champignons

- Cut the meat into medium-sized cubes, and the mushrooms with medium-sized slices. Chop the onion into thin half rings.

- Add pork to the pan, sprinkle with spices. Fry until golden brown on the meat, constantly stirring the mass with a spoon.
- Add champignons to the resulting frying. Sprinkle them on top with flour, mix with a spoon. Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Put sour cream to the fried ingredients. If mushrooms and meat have allocated little juice, you can add a little water to the tank. Stir all components, simmer them for 5 minutes.
- Finely chop the dill. Add it to the rest of the ingredients a couple of minutes before the end of cooking.
Stew of pork, vegetables and mushrooms

- Chop the onion into thin half rings. Cut the carrots into small pieces, and sweet peppers and mushrooms in small pieces. Finely chop dill.
- Fry the onions and carrots until golden, using a wide frying pan with hot oil.
- Add bell peppers to vegetables. Cook the mixture for a few more minutes, mixing the ingredients, and then remove the pan from the stove.
- Put the fried vegetables in a bowl with meat. Add tomatoes in your own juice, spices and water, mix. Simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes.
- Add mushrooms to the cauldron. Cook the stew for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle the dish with dill, mix. Remove the cauldrons from the stove and let the food stand under the lid for 10 minutes.
